AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 18-9 APPOINTMENT OF DEREK W. EWANIC, ASSOCIATE JUDGE
All provisions of Rule 39 of the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois having been complied with by the Circuit Judges of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of said State, and attorney Derek W. Ewanic having received the most votes cast by said Circuit Judges as determined by tally of the ballots by the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, and being declared eligible for appointment to the office of Associate Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said attorney, Derek W. Ewanic, of Mokena, Will County, Illinois, be and he is hereby appointed to the Office of Associate Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.
This order to be effective on the 20th day of February, 2018.
